A teleprompter and operator for conferences, AGMs, galas and award shows across Metro Vancouver. A presidential pair is $950 for a half day, and an operator on the venue's own confidence monitors is $450.
Which setup fits which event
| Event | What works | Package | From |
|---|---|---|---|
| AGM or shareholder meeting | Scripted remarks from a lectern, with wording that has been through legal review and must be read exactly. | Presidential pair | $950 |
| Conference general session | Hosts and keynote speakers who move around the stage and glance at monitors at the stage edge. | Operator only | $450 |
| Gala or award show | Many presenters, a running order that changes on the night, and names that have to be pronounced right. | Presidential pair | $950 |
| Hybrid or streamed event | A speaker addressing the room and the camera in the same session. | Camera teleprompter | $700 |
Award shows and multi-presenter nights
Each presenter's script is loaded as its own segment, so the operator jumps straight to whoever walks on next. When the running order changes, the prompter changes with it.
Winner and nominee names are spelled phonetically on screen, checked with you beforehand.
Working with the venue's AV team
Hotels and convention centres have in-house AV. The operator coordinates with them directly on power, video feeds, comms and stage positions, so you are not relaying messages.
Available at the Vancouver Convention Centre, downtown hotel ballrooms and conference venues across Metro Vancouver, and at resort venues in Whistler.
